We started with a simple conviction: Malaysians deserve better than sugar-laden bottled drinks. So we set out to build something that didn't compromise — pure fruit, pressed cold, nothing added.
Our Story
Over a decade ago, two high school friends — known as Giant and Donkey — noticed a glaring gap on Malaysian shelves. Pure bottled juice was nearly impossible to find; the market was overwhelmed with sugary, additive-filled drinks.
They decided to do something about it. With no playbook and plenty of passion, they ventured into the world of cold-pressed juice production — and Smooshie Juice was born.
Today, their mission hasn't changed: make pure, healthy juice accessible and affordable to every Malaysian.

We grow our own mint using compost made from our fruit waste — because sustainability isn't a campaign, it's a habit.

Our Journey
Giant and Donkey spot the lack of pure bottled juice in Malaysia and decide to build something from scratch — no investors, no formula, just fruit and determination.
Smooshie HQ moves to a larger processing facility with upgraded high-tech equipment. HACCP certification process begins, bringing globally recognised food safety standards to every bottle.
The online store launches, making Smooshie accessible beyond walk-in. The brand gains visibility at events including the official Facebook Malaysia launch.
11+ flavours, wholesale and private label services, and free delivery across Klang Valley — still led by the same commitment to zero additives and pure Malaysian produce.
